Our well-lit, fenced facility features an electronic gate with
coded access, closed-circuit security cameras, and an on-site management
team.
Does your facility monitor with video cameras?
You will appreciate our closed-circuit video cameras located throughout
the facility for security purposes.
Is an access code required to enter the property?
Each individual tenant is assigned a security code required to
operate the electronic gate system. This allows monitoring of access to
the property, tracking everyone entering and exiting.
What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
You will find a store manager available to assist you with your
storage needs and/or moving and packing supplies during office hours which
are 9 am to 6 pm 7 days per week. Your unit can be accessed any time during
standard gate hours. You may contact your store manager for information
about 24-hour access if you require access beyond our standard gate
hours.
What sizes of storage units are available and
how do I pick the size of my unit?
You will chose from a wide range of storage unit sizes available
to accommodate your needs. Storage unit sizes range from 5'x5'
(25 square feet), to 12'x30' (360 square feet). You can count on our trained
store managers to assist you in the process of determining the right size!
Am I required to buy a lock for my unit?
You will receive a free disc lock with each unit to ensure the
highest level of security.
Do I have to climb stairs to get to my unit?
No. You will find all of our units located on the ground floor,
making your loading and unloading easy!
What methods of payments do you accept?
You may pay with checks and major credit cards, including MasterCard®,
Visa®, Discover®, or American Express®.
Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
You will find parking at our facility for RVs, boats, cars and
motorcycles.
